The Malaba Water Supply and Sanitation Project at Malakisi, was commissioned by H.E President William Ruto. It is a game changer in fixing the water scarcity problem in Teso North subcounty. The Sh 1.1 billion project, which is part of the Kenya Towns Sustainable Water Supply, will play a critical role in improving access to quality water as well as guaranteeing waste water management and sustainability of water supply to approximately 180,000 persons.
The last-mile connectivity proposal will enable more residents to access water in both Busia and Bungoma counties. @040County will continue to partner with the national government on other development projects for the benefit of our people.
